Ultra Lysine Lips is a complex that combines synergistically balanced nutrients, including L-lysine, vitamin C, zinc, beta glucan, red seaweed and olive leaf extract, for a substantial supply of the skin and mucous membranes.
L-lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the human organism itself and must therefore be taken in sufficient quantities from food. An adult human needs about 1 to 1.5 g of lysine per day.
Lysine occurs predominantly in animal protein, such as milk, egg, fish and meat protein. Soybeans, lentils and peanuts are also lysine-rich foods. With the exception of buckwheat, the protein building block is only contained in small amounts in grain protein.
The nutrients vitamin C and zinc - especially when taken in combination - contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
