Which file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF and STEP files. Not sure about your file? Send it anyway and we will check printability for free before we quote.
How long does a custom 3D print take?
Most orders ship within 2 to 5 working days after the quote is accepted. Express production is available for urgent prototypes, and larger runs are scheduled with you.
Where do you deliver?
We ship across the EU, Czechia and the United Kingdom with tracking. Prices are shown in EUR, CZK or GBP, so use the currency selector at the top of the page.
Can you help if I only have an idea?
Yes. Our rapid prototype packages include a design review and several print iterations, so you can test form and fit before you invest in production tooling.
How do I pay?
Securely by card and local payment methods through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What is the maximum part size?
Most parts up to roughly 250 mm in each direction print in one piece. Larger models can be split and assembled. Tell us the dimensions in the quote form and we will advise.
