The OPC Complex Classic is a powerful supplier of antioxidants made from 100% grape extract. The raw material of this special variety, made from the whole grape (skin, pulp and stone), contains over 90% polyphenols and at least 50% OPC. Daily consumption recommendations of 2 mg OPC per kg body weight can be found in the literature.
Consumption recommendation:
1 vegetarian capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water, twice a day if necessary.
