Di-Indolyl-Methane (DIM) is produced naturally during the digestion of broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts and other vegetables that are popular as a natural source of indole-3-carbinol. Therefore, DIM is sometimes referred to as the "active form" of indole-3-carbinol.
DIM Supreme combines 100 mg di-indolyl-methane (DIM) and 100 mg broccoli seed extract with 40 mg bioflavonoids per capsule.
The broccoli seed extract provides 10 mg (10%) of sulforaphane.
