Phosphatidylcholine is a basic building block in the body and one of the so-called phospholipids. Phospholipids represent structural elements of all cell envelopes, ensure their stability and promote normal cell function.
Consumption recommendation:
Leave 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before a meal.
