Description

We take our supplements seriously. While some of our ingredients are locally sourced to cut down our carbon footprint, some are imported because we are constantly looking for the best origin for each.

Our supplements are laboratory tested to ensure that they have exactly the right balance. This means that our products come complete with the relevant certifications for each supplement.

Our supplements are carefully chosen to help give your body what it needs to stay healthy. While we can get the nutrients we need from a balanced diet, if you find that you need extra vitamins and minerals these are a great solution.

L-Lysine Free Form I laboratory tested

Dietary supplement with L-lysine, vitamins C, B6 and zinc

L-Lysine 1000 mg - laboratory tested
1000 mg L-lysine per recommended daily intake of 3 tablets
with vitamin C, zinc and vitamin B6

L-Lysine 1000 mg combines 1000 mg of the amino acid with 1000 mg of vitamin C, 25 mg of zinc and 10 mg of vitamin B6 per recommended daily intake of three tablets.

L-lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the human organism itself and must therefore be taken in sufficient quantities from food. An adult human needs about 1 to 1.5 g of lysine per day.
Lysine occurs predominantly in animal protein, such as milk, egg, fish and meat protein. Soybeans, lentils and peanuts are also lysine-rich foods. With the exception of buckwheat, the protein building block is only contained in small amounts in grain protein.
